Lower ground floor flat (182 m²) located at the back of Harrods. Half of the area has been regained from store, boiler and oil tank rooms. The construction procedure was complex and the achieved result is a very desirable flat that the client sold quickly and successfully.

Pond Place, Chelsea SW3

New house (150m²) located in a conservation area. We undertake this project from Initial conceptual design, through complex planning permission and very complex Construction procedure, to successful completion followed by almost immediate and very rewarding sale.

Meriden Court, Chelsea, SW3

Studio flat (45m²) fully redesigned and refurbished within a five week period to meet client requirements.

Chelsea Embankment, SW3

 

A spacious first floor flat (262 m²) located in a grade II listed building, with the main reception room equally listed and restored accordingly. The large book case unit with plasma screen, bedroom wardrobes and all the bathroom furniture being custom made according to our own designs and plans.

A very large ensemble of four buildings, with an inner courtyard, which had remained unoccupied for many years. With limited funds, the whole complex was refurbished with some creative design ideas. All the buildings were brought back into full use, providing a mixture of commercial and residential uses.
